Full charge departure | SUNPURE 2025 Annual Review
On January 13th, the largest photovoltaic event in the Middle East, WFES 2026, was grandly opened in Abu Dhabi. The complete range of SUNPURE photovoltaic robot products made a splendid appearance, attracting numerous professional visitors to stop and interact. The atmosphere at the event was lively.
The core product matrix was showcased at the exhibition, including Renjie Venus, Mars, Jupiter photovoltaic cleaning robots and Saturn component installation robots. This demonstrated SUNPURE's ability to meet diverse demands in intelligent construction and operation, and depicted a future vision of efficient, reliable and intelligent photovoltaic power stations. Among them, the SUNPURE Jupiter arm-type robot made its debut overseas and immediately attracted the high attention of Middle Eastern customers. The robot features a rotatable and adjustable mechanical arm that supports automatic adjustment in milliseconds, ensuring that the scrubber is in real-time contact with the photovoltaic module without any damage, with a cleaning efficiency of up to 99.5%. The product does not require complex pre-installation and debugging and can intelligently plan the path, moving flexibly on the ground. The continuous operation time exceeds 8 hours, with a single machine covering an area of over 7 MW. It is particularly suitable for existing power stations and low-frequency cleaning scenarios.
Multiple authoritative certifications have been obtained, setting a new benchmark for industry safety. At the same time, several mainstream component manufacturers awarded the SUNPURE Saturn robot with the NOC certificate, confirming that the robot has no wear or cracks on the components. Saturn became the first installation robot in the industry to obtain numerous component NOC certifications. Saturn also received the type certification certificate issued by TÜV South Germany, achieving international leading standards in key indicators such as running speed, installation efficiency, positioning accuracy and obstacle clearance performance, and setting a technical benchmark for the industry. Saturn robots are particularly suitable for large-scale ground power stations in the Middle East and Central Asia. Through intelligent component installation, it improves construction speed and reduces reliance on manual labor. Since its launch, Saturn has been put into use in multiple large-scale power stations in these regions, with an installation efficiency of over 75 panels per hour, which is 4-5 times that of manual labor. As the world's first installation robot with a forklift loading function, Saturn can continuously perform the entire process of loading, grasping, positioning, and precise placement, without the need for additional independent forklifts and generators. Its performance and efficiency are industry-leading.
In addition, the SUNPURE exhibition booth also held several project signing ceremonies, fully demonstrating the high recognition of the Middle Eastern market for the company. Currently, SUNPURE's global cumulative contracted capacity has exceeded 41 GW, and it serves over 300 photovoltaic power stations in 27 countries.
