Recently, Renjie Intelligent was honored to be included in the list of intelligent factories and digital workshops in Anhui Province for 2024, thanks to its outstanding performance and innovative applications in the industrial manufacturing sector.

It is one of the significant achievements in accelerating the digital transformation of the manufacturing sector across the province. As a leading robot manufacturing factory in the field of new energy, Renjie has fully adopted intelligent digital technologies. With "AI + industrial internet" as the carrier, it has built a modern factory with intelligent processes throughout the production, management and service stages. Taking the digital production line as an example, the automated gantry lifting system ensures the efficiency and safety of heavy product handling, increasing production efficiency by 85% and reducing personnel requirements by 66.7%. Currently, the proportion of intelligent equipment in the factory exceeds 83%, and the proportion of network connection exceeds 70%. It can achieve real-time scheduling, automated material distribution, and traceability of product information, ensuring process quality and product quality, and has become the key foundation for the high-quality delivery of Renjie projects.
