Recently, Renjie Intelligent successfully delivered the intelligent cleaning robot project for the 100MW photovoltaic power station of China Three Gorges New Energy in Jiaokou, Shanxi Province. A total of 775 cleaning robots were installed, enabling automated cleaning of 84MW of PV modules, marking another milestone in the large-scale application of intelligent cleaning robots in China. The project is located in Jiaokou County, Shanxi Province, covering an area of over 4,700 mu, with a total installed capacity of 100MW. Situated in a coal mining subsidence area, the site features uneven terrain and scattered plots, posing significant challenges to operation, maintenance, and cleaning activities. Following on-site inspections, Renjie Intelligent customized a fully automated mobile cleaning robot solution for the project, significantly enhancing the intelligent operation and maintenance level of the power station. During project delivery, Renjie Intelligent integrated intelligent manufacturing with smart delivery processes. From raw materials onward, every production stage was strictly controlled, with assembly completed through 36 inspection procedures and verified by industry-leading testing processes to ensure high-quality and highly reliable products. After arriving at the project site, the Renjie Intelligent project team adopted a modular installation approach, significantly improving on-site installation efficiency and completing production, installation, and commissioning of all units within 40 days. Meanwhile, the robots are equipped with a remote management platform that enables real-time monitoring of operating status. When obstacles are encountered, the platform can intelligently identify the type and location of issues, allowing the technical team to promptly eliminate alarms and ensure smooth operation. “The Jiaokou project is located in mountainous terrain, with a tight schedule and heavy delivery tasks.
