Today, photovoltaic intelligent cleaning robot manufacturer Hefei Renjie Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Renjie Intelligent”) announced the completion of its Pre-A round of financing. This round was led by Hillhouse Ventures, with participation from Kexun Lianshan Entrepreneur Fund, raising tens of millions of RMB. The funds will mainly be used for the R&D of a new generation of suspended cleaning robot products and market expansion, further strengthening products and the supply chain.

It is reported that Renjie Intelligent was established in 2019 and is a high-tech innovative enterprise providing intelligent full-scenario cleaning solutions for photovoltaic power plants, integrating R&D, production, sales, and services of PV cleaning robots.

Renjie Intelligent’s R&D team consists of experienced professionals, including PhDs and master’s degree holders with extensive practical expertise. Currently, the company has established a comprehensive independent R&D and innovation system. Relying on its smart energy management platform and PV power plant inspection platform, and integrating technologies such as intelligent four-wheel drive and posture recognition control, the company adheres to the philosophy of “intelligent, efficient, and user-friendly” development. Through professional R&D, lean production, and multi-dimensional quality assurance, Renjie Intelligent achieves full lifecycle management of its products. Its intelligent cleaning product series has successively passed certifications and tests from authoritative institutions such as TÜV and CGC.

It is understood that Renjie Intelligent’s self-developed intelligent cleaning system has now been applied across multiple scenarios, suitable for large-scale ground-mounted power plants, fishery-solar hybrid plants, hilly terrain plants, and agrivoltaic power plants.

As of now, Renjie Intelligent has filed 65 patent applications, including 25 invention patents, and has participated in drafting the industry’s first product specification standard for dry photovoltaic cleaning robots.
