Sunpure Articulated Arm Robot Jupiter Has Officially Launched
On October 20, Renjie Intelligent grandly held the new product launch event for its Jupiter Arm-Mounted Photovoltaic Cleaning Robot at its headquarters in Hefei. Government officials, domestic and overseas customers, industry partners, and online audiences gathered to witness the occasion together. At the event, a product handover ceremony was held simultaneously, with the first batch of ten Jupiter robots soon to be deployed to project sites.

As photovoltaic power plant application scenarios become increasingly complex and new technologies iterate rapidly, the industry is facing pain points such as irregular layouts in existing plants, the application of frameless modules, and cost reduction demands in low-pollution areas. The market urgently needs a new cleaning approach that can flexibly adapt to complex scenarios and achieve precise and efficient operations and maintenance.
The newly launched Jupiter robot by Renjie Intelligent addresses these challenges comprehensively, with “wide-area intelligent cleaning, agile and efficient performance” as its core strengths.

Wide-Area

· Broad Coverage With an average daily cleaning capacity of 8–14MW, it enables a highly cost-effective solution of “one robot for 100MW” in low-frequency cleaning scenarios;

· Strong Compatibility Featuring an original flexible robotic arm design, it is not restricted by module frames or sizes, widely adaptable to various mounting structure heights and module tilt angles—truly “compatible with any module and any mounting system”;

· Full Adaptability Capable of operating day and night, unaffected by wind, sand, rain, or snow, and easily handling complex surfaces such as mud, frozen soil, and standing water—achieving all-time, all-weather, and all-terrain operation.

Intelligent Cleaning

· Unmanned Operation Leveraging low-speed autonomous driving technology and the SmartPure cloud control management platform, it enables intelligent task scheduling with fully automated, unattended operation;

· Smart Control Through multi-sensor fusion and dynamic collision avoidance of the flexible robotic arm, it precisely controls cleaning force and angles, ensuring full surface contact and zero damage to modules.

Agile

· Easy Deployment Utilizing modular standardized solutions that can be flexibly configured according to different scenarios, with no need for engineering modifications to existing power plants;

· Fast Delivery Robots can be installed and commissioned immediately upon arrival at site, reducing deployment cycles by 90%;

Efficient

· Thorough Cleaning Equipped with high-performance cleaning rollers and intelligent control algorithms, achieving 100% coverage and cleaning efficiency of up to 99.5%, with multiple cleaning modes available to suit various pollution conditions;

· Rapid Recharging Featuring intelligent wireless charging with non-contact and arc-free operation for enhanced safety and convenience. It supports autonomous docking for charging and intelligent breakpoint resume cleaning, ensuring continuous and reliable operation whenever needed;

· High Reliability Designed with high-level protection and anti-corrosion features to fully meet harsh environment requirements, delivering high reliability without operational downtime.
Renjie Intelligent’s Chairman and CEO, Hu Yuran, stated: “Renjie has always been committed to integrating cutting-edge robotics technology with photovoltaic scenarios. From large-scale centralized power plants to distributed systems, we are able to tailor the most flexible and economical cleaning and maintenance solutions, becoming a trusted partner for our customers.”

The launch of Jupiter marks another significant milestone for Renjie Intelligent in the field of photovoltaic robotics. Together with Renjie’s existing robots, Jupiter will help build a more comprehensive and precisely matched intelligent robotics solution portfolio.
